Baley Mascoe, ATR-BC, LMHC
I’m Baley, an art therapist, dog mom, and flower farmer. If you are looking for a solution focused therapist who will challenge you, advocate for you, and tell it to you straight, you have come to the right place! If you are curious about art therapy and how it can play a role in your journey, keep reading!
As a Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC), and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I believe healing can happen in many ways—and conversation is just one of them. While talk therapy provides space to process life’s challenges, art therapy offers a creative path toward healing and self-discovery.
Art therapy can help manage stress, improve emotional regulation, process traumatic experiences, and promote self exploration. Sometimes emotions, memories, or experiences are difficult to put into words. Creative expression can help deepen self-understanding and process feelings in ways that conversation alone cannot. The artwork itself isn’t the goal, it’s a tool that helps us better understand your experiences, emotions, and strengths.
I enjoy working with individuals ages 16+ who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, grief and loss, illness/medical related concerns, stress, or a desire to better understand themselves and their identity. Together, we’ll create a space for healing and growth at a pace that feels right for you.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’m honored to meet you and am happy you are here!
