Becky Welborn, LACA, MCAC Intern, BSADC, CPRC II-MH, ASW
I believe that while the challenges of life are universal, the path to healing is deeply personal. My approach is rooted in the conviction that addiction and mental health struggles are not inevitable destinations, but human susceptibilities that can be navigated through self-awareness, empathy, and holistic support. I am here to walk beside you as a partner in your journey, offering a secure base as you navigate the complexities of change.
My clinical philosophy is multidimensional; I understand that our emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health are inextricably intertwined. By looking at the “whole picture,” we can identify the patterns that keep you stuck and build the executive scaffolding necessary for lasting resilience. Whether you are navigating the early stages of recovery, managing the chaos of ADHD, or seeking to repair familial bonds, I provide a non-judgmental space centered on encouragement and authentic connection.
My work is informed by a wealth of life experience and over eight years of personal recovery, giving me a unique perspective on the grit and hope required to transform one’s life. I hold dual associate degrees from Ivy Tech and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, where I am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Addiction Counseling. As a Certified Peer Recovery Coach (CPRC-II) and Mental Health First Aid certified professional, I combine clinical theory with practical, “real-world” tools.
Life can be hard, and the climb can feel steep—but you do not have to do it alone. Together, we will find the “Why” that sustains your journey and the “How” that leads to a purposeful, resilient life.
